2. Website technologies and your choices

Strictly necessary technologies

We use limited browser storage and functional controls to remember your privacy choices, support a contact-form submission that you initiate, prevent accidental duplicate submissions, and prevent the same confirmed inquiry from being counted repeatedly. These functions are kept separate from marketing attribution storage.

Analytics technologies

If you consent to Analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand website use, traffic sources and page performance. Page addresses sent for measurement are normalized so that only approved product and navigation identifiers may remain. Contact-form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, countries, messages and lead IDs are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Advertising measurement technologies

If you consent to Advertising measurement, advertising click identifiers may be stored and Google Ads may receive a conversion event after Basin returns a successful HTTP response for a form submission. Personalized advertising is currently disabled. We do not use the website consent controls to enable personalized advertising.

How to change your choices

Before you choose, optional Google measurement tags are not loaded. You can accept optional technologies, reject them, or manage Analytics and Advertising measurement separately. You can later reopen the same controls by selecting Privacy choices in the website footer. Withdrawing consent affects future optional processing and does not automatically reverse processing that occurred before withdrawal.

3. First-touch attribution and browser storage

Where the relevant consent is granted, the website records the first available visit source after consent so that an inquiry can be connected with its recorded source. If consent is granted only after the visitor has moved to another page, the original entry source may no longer be available. The saved source is not normally replaced by a later campaign visit.

  • Analytics consent controls storage of source, medium, campaign information, a normalized landing page and a limited referrer.
  • Advertising measurement consent separately controls storage of Google advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid.
  • First-touch attribution records expire after 90 days.
  • If the relevant consent is rejected or withdrawn, the corresponding attribution records are not written or are removed.

4. Contact form and inquiry processing

When you submit the contact form, the information you enter—such as your name, email address, company, country, product interest and message—is sent to Basin for delivery and inquiry management. Where consent has been granted, Basin may also receive the first-touch attribution fields described above. A functional lead ID is included to help ShinSRun identify possible duplicate submissions; this does not mean Basin automatically deduplicates submissions.

Contact-form content and the functional lead ID are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads. A successful HTTP response from Basin confirms that its endpoint received the request; it does not by itself guarantee that a submission passed spam checks or that a notification email was delivered.

Short-lived submission records

A current-tab submission attempt may temporarily retain a lead ID so that a user retry can reuse the same identifier. After a confirmed submission, a random success token and expiry time may be held in session storage for up to 10 minutes. A short local ledger may retain only a cryptographic token digest and expiry time for up to 24 hours to reduce duplicate conversion reporting across tabs. These records do not contain the form message or attribution details.

5. Inquiry retention

We normally retain inquiry information for 24 months from the last business contact. If an inquiry progresses to a quotation, transaction, contract performance, financial record, dispute handling or another legal obligation, relevant information may be retained for a longer period according to the applicable business purpose and legal requirement.

6. Service providers and international processing

We use service providers to operate the website and process the functions described in this notice:

These providers and their supporting infrastructure may process information in countries outside your country of residence. When a browser or server communicates with a service provider, the provider may also receive ordinary technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and security-related data. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent for optional measurement, or to raise a concern with an appropriate authority. These rights may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions and record-retention obligations.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact [email protected]. Please provide enough information for us to understand and respond to your request, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

8. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, service providers or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the version currently published.
